FOR THE PARENT WHO IS ALREADY DOING SO MUCH
What if the thing standing between you and the parent you want to be is not more effort?
You have already tried harder.
You have already read the books, watched the videos, Googled the answers at midnight.
You do not need more information.
You need one person who can see your specific situation clearly and help you find the one thing that actually moves the needle.
That is what coaching with Dr. Erica does.
Or scroll to read everything first. Take your time.
BEFORE WE TALK ABOUT COACHING, LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU
You are not struggling because you are doing it wrong. You are struggling because you are doing it alone.
Celine Dion says, “If you want to go fast, go by yourself. If you want to go far, go with others.”
Our kiddos need us to go the distance with them, for their whole lives.
There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from being a parent who cares deeply.
It is not the exhaustion of someone who has given up. It is the exhaustion of someone who keeps showing up, keeps trying new things, keeps searching for the answer, and keeps running into the same wall. The meltdown that happens every single evening. The connection that slips away the moment things get busy. The gap between the parent you want to be at 6pm and the parent you actually are at 6pm.
You have probably told yourself some version of this: I should be able to figure this out. Other parents manage. I know my child better than anyone. I just need to try harder, be more patient, get more sleep, read one more chapter.
And so you keep going. Alone. Carrying the weight of figuring it out by yourself, on top of everything else you are already carrying.
Here is what I want to say to that: the fact that you have gotten this far on your own is extraordinary. Truly. You are resourceful and resilient and deeply committed to your children. And that self-reliance that has carried you this far? It is also the thing that is keeping you stuck.
Not because you are not capable. Because some things are genuinely easier to see from the outside.
You could use a trusted friend who happens to have a PhD in exactly what you are struggling with, who has sat with hundreds of families in situations just like yours, who can see in thirty minutes what you have been too close to see for months. That is not a weakness. That is the most efficient thing a committed parent can do.
And the time question.
I know.
You do not have time for one more thing.
So let me be very direct: coaching with me does not add to your load. It reduces it.
When you spend an hour getting clear on what is actually driving the dynamic in your home, you stop wasting three hours a week trying strategies that do not fit your specific child.
When you have a concrete plan built around your real life, you stop lying awake running through options that are not working.
When you have someone in your corner who already knows your family, you stop starting from scratch every time something new comes up.
The parents who tell me they do not have time for coaching are almost always the parents who need it most.
And the ones who say yes tell me, without exception, that they got far more time back than they spent.
One hour. That is where it starts.
LET’S CLEAR SOMETHING UP RIGHT AWAY
Coaching with Dr. Erica is not therapy. It is not advice. It is something more useful than either.
Therapy is a beautiful and important thing. It looks backward, into your history, your patterns, the roots of why you respond the way you do. If that is what you need, therapy is the right choice and Dr. Erica will always tell you so.
Coaching is different.
Coaching assumes you are a capable, generally healthy, intelligent adult who simply needs the right lens on the right problem at the right moment. It does not dig into your past. It does not put you on a couch. It does not give you homework that feels like more work on top of everything you are already doing.
What it does is this: it gets you clear.
Clear on what is actually happening in your home versus what you think is happening.
Clear on what your child actually needs versus what every parenting article on the internet says they need.
Clear on the one or two specific things that, if shifted, would change the whole dynamic.
And then it gives you a plan.
Not a generic plan from a book.
A plan built specifically for your child, your family, your life, and your particular Tuesday at 5pm.
That is what one session can do. Imagine what four can do.
BECAUSE YOU DESERVE TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE WALKING INTO
Here is what a session with Dr. Erica actually looks like.
No mystery. No surprises. Just a clear, honest picture of what happens when you book.

Let’s talk about the thoughts that might be keeping you from clicking that button
"I should be able to figure this out on my own."
The honest response:
You probably could. Eventually. With enough time, enough trial and error, and enough energy to keep trying new things until something sticks. But here is the thing about parenting: it does not wait. Every week that passes is a week of the dynamic continuing, of the connection slipping a little further, of the habit getting more ingrained. The parents who work with me are not people who could not figure it out alone. They are people who decided their family was worth not waiting.
"I am too busy and too tired to add one more thing."
The honest response:
This one I hear every week and I understand it completely. You are already stretched thin. The last thing you need is another commitment on your calendar.
So here is what I want you to consider:
What does the current situation cost you in time and energy every single week?
The conversations that go sideways.
The bedtime that takes ninety minutes instead of thirty.
The mental load of cycling through the same problem without resolution.
One hour of coaching typically gives parents far more time back than it takes. This is not one more thing. It is the thing that makes everything else easier.
"What if it does not work for me?"
The honest response:
Every coaching investment comes with a no-questions-asked refund policy. If you show up to a session and it is not the right fit, you say so and your investment is returned. No explanation required. No awkward conversation. The only risk of booking is discovering something that actually helps.
"I am worried it will feel like therapy and I am not ready for that."
The honest response:
It will not. Coaching is forward-focused, practical, and solution-oriented.
You will not be asked to revisit painful memories or process childhood wounds.
You will be asked what is happening right now and what you want to be different. That is it. If at any point the conversation moves in a direction that feels more like therapy territory, Dr. Erica will name it and redirect.
Your comfort and safety are always the priority.
"Maybe I should just try harder first."
The honest response:
You have already been trying hard. That is why you are on this page.
Trying harder with the same approach is not the answer.
Understanding the approach differently is. That shift often happens in a single session. You do not have to keep trying the same things and hoping for a different result.

1
How long are the sessions?
Every session is 60 minutes via Zoom. You do not need to download anything special. A link is sent to you after booking and you click it at your session time. That is it.
QUESTIONS PARENTS ASK BEFORE BOOKING
2
What platform do we use?
All sessions are held on Zoom. If you have never used Zoom before, it is free to download and takes about two minutes to set up. Dr. Erica is happy to do a quick test call before your first session if that would help you feel more comfortable.
3
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens, especially with children involved. Rescheduling is simple through the scheduling system. Dr. Erica asks for 24 hours notice when possible, but understands that parenting does not always cooperate with calendars.
4
Do I need to prepare anything before my first session?
No. You do not need to arrive with a perfectly articulated problem or a prepared list of questions. You just need to show up. The first few minutes of every session are designed to help you land and get clear on what is most present for you that day. Dr. Erica takes care of the rest.
5
What if coaching does not feel like the right fit after my first session?
Then you say so and your investment is returned. No questions. No explanation required. The refund policy is not a formality. It is a genuine commitment to your comfort and confidence in the decision.
6
Can I upgrade from Let's Solve This to The Big Untangle after my session?
Absolutely. Many parents start with a single session and then continue into a package. If you decide to upgrade, the cost of your single session is applied toward the package price.
7
Is this covered by insurance?
Coaching is not therapy and is not always covered by health insurance. It is an investment in your family that you make directly. The good news is that there are no referrals, no insurance approvals, and no waitlists. You book, you show up, you get results.
8
What ages of children does Dr. Erica work with?
Dr. Erica's background spans early intervention with infants and toddlers through adolescence and into young adulthood. Dr. Erica can help, regardless of age.
9
Do I need to bring my child to sessions?
No. Parenting coaching with Dr. Erica is for the parent. Your child does not participate in sessions. In some cases, Dr. Erica also offers parent and child sessions together, which are a separate offering. Ask about this at booking if it interests you. There are some workshops that are parent and child participation, details can be found in the workshop description.
10
What if I am a single parent with very limited time?
One hour per session is the commitment. That is it. Sessions are held via Zoom which means no commute, no parking, no waiting room. You can be in your car, at your kitchen table, or in a parked lot during school pickup. Dr. Erica has had sessions from every kind of location imaginable. The only requirement is that you can hear and be heard.
11
How is this different from reading a parenting book or following a parenting account online?
Books and accounts give you general information for a general child. Coaching gives you specific clarity for your specific child, your specific family, and your specific Tuesday. The difference is the difference between a map of a city and someone who knows every street in your neighborhood personally. Both have value. Only one gets you exactly where you are trying to go.
12
Can I purchase a coaching package as a gift for another parent?
Yes, absolutely. Any of the three coaching levels can be gifted. Simply add a note in the booking details at checkout and Dr. Erica will coordinate everything with the recipient directly.

Her unwavering belief, the one that has guided every session for fifteen years, is this: the problem is never that a parent does not care enough. The problem is always that they have not yet found the right understanding of what their specific child actually needs.
That is what a session with Dr. Erica finds.
YOU HAVE READ THIS FAR. THAT MEANS SOMETHING
It means you are a parent who is serious about getting this right. Who is willing to do the work. Who is not looking for a magic fix but for something real, something that fits your actual life and your actual child.
That is exactly who Dr. Erica built this for.
You do not need to have it all figured out before you book. You do not need to know which level is right. You do not need to be ready in any particular way. You just need to show up.
The rest is what the session is for.
No-questions-asked refund policy on all levels. Cancel any time. Sessions via Zoom. Instant confirmation.
